Special Rate Requirements
From time to time, I may offer promotional pricing, discount codes, city specials, or other limited-time offers. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all promotional rates apply only to in-call appointments and must take place in a city where I am currently located or officially scheduled to travel.
Promotional pricing cannot be applied to exclusive bookings, travel bookings outside my scheduled tour, filming sessions, custom content, live shows, public date add-ons, personal video projects, or any other premium service unless the promotion specifically states otherwise.
Each promotional code, discount, or special offer may be redeemed once per client while the offer remains valid. Promotions may not be combined with any other discount, promotional code, review incentive, loyalty reward, referral offer, or special pricing unless I approve the combination in writing.
To qualify for any promotional pricing, full prepayment of the discounted booking amount is required before the promotion expires. Promotional pricing cannot be applied retroactively to existing bookings, deposits previously paid, outstanding balances, or appointments that have already been confirmed.
Promotional offers have no cash value, are non-transferable, may not be exchanged, substituted, or credited toward another service, and may not be transferred to another person or future booking unless I approve otherwise in writing.
I reserve the right to modify, suspend, extend, or discontinue any promotion, discount, or special offer at any time without prior notice. However, once a qualifying booking has been confirmed and paid in accordance with the promotion's terms, the agreed promotional rate will be honored for that appointment.
Payments, Deposits & Fees
A minimum non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total booking fee is required to reserve and confirm all standard appointments. Exclusive travel bookings require a minimum non-refundable deposit of 75% due to the time, scheduling, and travel commitments involved.
Clients with a history of cancellations, frequent rescheduling, missed appointments, incomplete bookings, payment issues, or other reliability concerns may be required to prepay 100% of the total booking fee before any future reservation will be considered or confirmed.
A booking is not considered confirmed until all required screening, identity verification, deposits, travel arrangements (when applicable), and payment requirements have been completed and approved by me in writing. Submission of payment alone does not guarantee acceptance or availability.
All deposits, travel payments, administrative fees, and other amounts paid are non-refundable except in the event that Icancel the appointment. If I cancel a confirmed booking before services begin, all payments received for the canceled appointment will be refunded in full unless you elect to apply the funds toward a mutually agreed rescheduled appointment.
Accepted payment methods may include Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, bank transfer, or another approved payment method. Availability of payment methods may change without notice. Certain payment methods may be subject to processing fees, transfer delays, verification requirements, or holding periods imposed by the payment provider. Any applicable processing fees are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All balances must be paid by the deadline communicated during the booking process. Failure to submit payment when due may result in cancellation of the reservation, forfeiture of all amounts previously paid, and release of the reserved date and time to other clients.
Any chargeback, payment dispute, reversed payment, returned payment, insufficient funds, fraudulent transaction, unauthorized payment claim, or other attempt to avoid payment after a booking has been confirmed will result in the immediate cancellation of any pending appointments, permanent refusal of future services, forfeiture of all deposits and credits, and may be referred to collections, civil legal remedies, or other lawful recovery procedures where appropriate. You remain responsible for all outstanding balances, chargeback fees, collection costs, reasonable attorney's fees, court costs, and any other expenses incurred in recovering unpaid amounts to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Appearance Duration Requirements
To ensure adequate time for travel, preparation, and scheduling, all appearance requests are subject to minimum booking durations based on the method of transportation required to reach the requested destination. These minimums help account for travel logistics and ensure each engagement receives the time and attention it deserves.
The current minimum appearance durations are as follows:
Local Transportation (Uber, Taxi, or Rideshare): Minimum 1.5-hour booking.
Rental Car Travel: Minimum 2-hour booking.
Domestic Air Travel: Minimum 2-hour booking.
International Air Travel: Minimum 16-hour booking.
The applicable minimum booking requirement is determined solely by the method of travel necessary to reach your requested location, regardless of the requested appointment duration. If travel arrangements require additional time, overnight accommodations, extended transportation, scheduling adjustments, or significant travel outside my normal service area, a longer minimum booking may be required at my sole discretion.
Certain destinations, holidays, special events, peak travel periods, or remote locations may require extended booking durations, additional travel fees, overnight accommodations, or exclusive scheduling arrangements.
Travel expenses, when applicable, are separate from the appearance fee unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Any required airfare, lodging, ground transportation, parking, tolls, baggage fees, or other approved travel-related expenses remain the responsibility of the client.
Submitting an appearance request does not guarantee availability or acceptance. Every request is individually reviewed based on scheduling, travel feasibility, screening results, and overall logistics.
An appearance is not considered confirmed until all required screening, identity verification, deposits, payments, travel arrangements (when applicable), and booking requirements have been completed and approved in writing. Aviannah reserves the right to decline any appearance request that is impractical, unsafe, or incompatible with scheduling or travel requirements.
Public Date Lengths
Public dates are available as optional enhancements to eligible bookings and provide additional reserved time beyond your selected appointment duration. These experiences are designed for clients who wish to enjoy quality time together in a relaxed public setting before or after their private appointment.
Available public date options include:
Cocktails — Adds 30 minutes
Private Dinner — Adds 1.5 hours
Fine Dining Date — Adds 3 hours
Evening Social — Adds 4 hours
The selected public date option is added to your appointment and extends your total reserved booking time by the corresponding duration. These add-ons are intended exclusively for dining, conversation, entertainment, and social companionship in public venues.
Restaurant reservations, venue availability, travel time between locations, dress codes, parking, admission fees, valet service, tickets, gratuities, and all food, beverages, and entertainment expenses are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Public date experiences are subject to scheduling, travel logistics, venue operating hours, weather conditions, and availability. Certain locations, special events, holidays, or high-demand dates may require additional booking time or travel accommodations.
All public outings are conducted respectfully and discreetly. Clients are expected to maintain appropriate behavior and understand that excessive intoxication, disruptive conduct, illegal activity, or any behavior that compromises safety or privacy may result in the immediate conclusion of the engagement without refund.
Public date add-ons do not guarantee availability at any particular venue or event and must be approved in advance as part of the booking process. Availability is limited and may not be offered with every appointment or travel schedule.
Re-Scheduling
Rescheduling requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and are never guaranteed. Approval is granted solely at Aviannah's discretion based on scheduling availability, travel commitments, and the amount of notice provided.
If a reschedule is approved, the remaining balance becomes immediately due in full at the time the new appointment is confirmed. A new date will not be reserved until all outstanding balances, applicable fees, and booking requirements have been satisfied.
An administrative rescheduling fee of up to $1,000 may apply depending on factors including, but not limited to, the amount of notice provided, scheduling availability, travel arrangements, accommodations, venue reservations, and any costs or losses incurred as a result of the change. Multiple, repeated, or last-minute rescheduling requests may be denied and may require full prepayment for any future bookings.
When a reschedule is approved, any eligible credit issued from the original booking must be used within six (6) monthsof the original appointment date. Credits are non-transferable, may only be applied toward a future booking with Aviannah, have no cash value, and are automatically forfeited upon expiration.
Rescheduled appointments must maintain or increase the value of the original reservation. The original appointment duration may not be reduced, and previously selected upgrades, travel arrangements, public date add-ons, exclusive options, filming services, or other purchased enhancements may not be removed, exchanged, or downgraded to reduce the overall booking value. Clients are welcome to extend their reservation or purchase additional services, subject to availability.
Approval of a reschedule does not guarantee availability for any specific date or time. If the requested replacement date cannot be accommodated, an alternative available date may be offered. All rescheduled appointments remain subject to Aviannah's current policies, scheduling requirements, travel availability, and any updated rates in effect at the time the new appointment is confirmed.
Cancellation Policy
Because I reserve my schedule exclusively for each confirmed appointment, cancellations can result in significant lost opportunities, travel expenses, and scheduling conflicts. For this reason, the following cancellation policy applies to all bookings.
Cancellations made four (4) or more calendar days before the scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of all deposits, travel payments, administrative fees, and any other amounts previously paid. These payments are non-refundable and compensate for the reserved time and scheduling commitment.
Cancellations made with less than four (4) days' notice are considered the responsibility of the client and require payment of 100% of the total booking fee, regardless of whether the remaining balance has already been paid. Any unpaid balance becomes immediately due upon cancellation.
All cancellation requests must be submitted through an approved method of communication. A cancellation is not considered received until I have acknowledged it in writing. Failure to receive a response does not relieve you of your responsibility to ensure the cancellation request has been successfully received.
Clients who repeatedly cancel appointments, fail to appear for scheduled bookings, or demonstrate a pattern of last-minute cancellations may be refused future bookings or required to prepay the full booking amount for any future reservation.
Travel expenses, airfare, lodging, venue reservations, transportation costs, administrative fees, and any other non-recoverable expenses incurred in connection with a booking remain the responsibility of the client and are non-refundable unless I expressly agree otherwise in writing.
If I cancel a confirmed appointment before services begin for any reason, all payments received for that booking will be refunded in full unless you choose to apply those funds toward a mutually agreed rescheduled appointment.
This Cancellation Policy should be read together with my Rescheduling Policy and Force Majeure Policy, which govern approved schedule changes and cancellations resulting from circumstances beyond either party's reasonable control.
Tardiness & Grace Periods
I understand that unexpected delays can happen, and I make every reasonable effort to accommodate them whenever my schedule allows. To help ensure a smooth experience for both of us, the following grace period policy applies to all confirmed appointments.
All standard bookings include a guaranteed 10-minute grace period beginning at your scheduled appointment time.
Signature, A-List Experience, and Exclusive Travel bookings may receive an extended grace period of up to 60 minutes, provided my schedule permits. Any time beyond the initial 10-minute guaranteed grace period is offered solely at my discretion and cannot be guaranteed due to travel schedules, hotel check-out times, flights, subsequent appointments, and other professional commitments.
To ensure you receive the maximum amount of reserved time, I recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early. I am typically prepared up to 30 minutes before our scheduled appointment and, when mutually convenient, I may be able to begin our time together earlier than planned.
Content creation, filming sessions, custom video productions, and full-scene bookings do not include a grace period. Because these appointments often involve production schedules, equipment setup, additional participants, or reserved locations, you are expected to arrive on time and fully prepared to begin at the scheduled start time.
If you anticipate being delayed, please notify me as soon as possible. While I will make every reasonable effort to accommodate unexpected circumstances, advance notice does not guarantee that additional time can be provided or that your appointment can be extended.
Clients arriving after the applicable grace period will be considered late arrivals or no-shows at my discretion. If I am unable to accommodate the delay, the appointment may be canceled and must be rescheduled in accordance with my Rescheduling Policy and Cancellation Policy. Reserved appointment time is not automatically extended to compensate for late arrivals, and no refunds or credits will be issued for time lost due to client delays.
Booking Confirmation Policy
Submitting a booking request, deposit, payment, screening information, identification, verification documents, signed agreements, or any other required paperwork does not guarantee acceptance of your booking request or reserve an appointment time.
Every booking is individually reviewed to ensure that all screening, identity verification, scheduling, travel logistics, payment, and other booking requirements have been successfully completed. I reserve the right to approve or decline any booking request at my sole discretion and for any lawful reason.
Your appointment is not considered confirmed until all required screening, verification, documentation, deposits, payments, and any applicable travel arrangements have been completed and I have provided written confirmation of your reservation. Until that confirmation has been issued, I may continue accepting other booking requests for the same date and time.
For the safety, privacy, and security of everyone involved, confidential appointment details—including the meeting location, hotel information, room number, arrival instructions, parking information, and any other identifying details—will not be released until all booking requirements have been satisfied and your reservation has been officially confirmed in writing.
If additional information, documentation, or verification is requested during the booking process, your reservation will remain pending until those requirements have been completed. Failure to provide the requested information within the specified timeframe may result in cancellation of the booking request and release of the requested appointment time without further notice.
Once your reservation has been confirmed, all subsequent changes, cancellations, or rescheduling requests will be governed by my Deposits & Payment Policy, Rescheduling Policy, Cancellation Policy, and all other applicable booking terms.
Background Check
To help maintain a safe, professional, and respectful environment for everyone involved, all prospective clients acknowledge and consent to a limited background screening as part of the booking and verification process. Completion of screening forms, submission of identification, payment of deposits, or communication with Aviannah does not guarantee acceptance or confirmation of a booking.
Background screening is conducted solely for identity verification, personal safety, and risk management purposes. Information may be reviewed using publicly available records and other lawful verification methods. Every inquiry is evaluated individually, and additional verification may be requested when necessary.
For the safety and comfort of all parties, appointments may be declined, canceled, or refused at any stage of the booking process if screening reveals information that reasonably indicates a potential safety concern. This includes, but is not limited to:
Violent felony convictions or crimes involving serious bodily harm.
Assault, battery, or domestic violence.
Sexual assault, sexual battery, rape, or other sexual offenses.
Crimes involving minors, child abuse, exploitation, or child pornography.
Stalking, harassment, intimidation, or credible threats.
Human trafficking, coercion, kidnapping, or unlawful restraint.
Active restraining orders, protective orders, or injunctions involving violence or harassment.
Weapons-related offenses involving unlawful or violent conduct.
Repeated arrests or convictions demonstrating a pattern of dangerous or threatening behavior.
Any conduct that reasonably suggests a risk to personal safety or professional security.
The existence of any of the above may result in immediate denial of service, cancellation of an existing reservation, refusal of future bookings, or termination of an appointment without further explanation.
Aviannah reserves the absolute right to decline or discontinue any booking, at any time and for any lawful reason, if she believes proceeding would compromise her safety, privacy, security, reputation, or professional standards.
All information collected during the screening process is handled discreetly and used exclusively for booking verification and safety purposes. Information is never sold or shared except when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the safety of Aviannah or others. All screening materials are treated as confidential and are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for legitimate business, legal, or safety purposes.
Submitting a booking request constitutes acknowledgment of and consent to this Background Screening & Safety Policy. Refusal to participate in the required screening or verification process will result in the booking request being declined.
Hygiene & Arrival
To help create a comfortable, enjoyable, and respectful experience for both of us, all clients are expected to arrive clean, well-groomed, and fully prepared for their appointment.
A shower is required immediately before our appointment. Please also practice good personal hygiene by using deodorant, brushing your teeth, wearing clean clothing, and avoiding excessive cologne, body spray, cigarette smoke, marijuana odor, or other strong fragrances that may interfere with the experience.
Clients are expected to arrive respectful, sober, and in a condition that allows the appointment to proceed safely and comfortably. Arriving under the influence of excessive alcohol, illegal drugs, or any substance that impairs judgment may result in the immediate cancellation or termination of the appointment.
For my safety, privacy, and scheduling, you may be instructed to wait in your vehicle until I notify you that everything is ready. Please do not enter the property, approach my room, or request the room number until you have been invited to do so.
If you arrive with poor hygiene, noticeable body odor, excessive intoxication, aggressive behavior, or engage in any conduct that I reasonably believe compromises my comfort or safety, I reserve the right to refuse or immediately terminate the appointment. In such cases, the appointment will end immediately, all payments will be forfeited, and no refund, credit, or reschedule will be provided.
My goal is to ensure every appointment begins in a clean, comfortable, and respectful environment so that we can both enjoy our time together
Identification Requirements
For my safety, security, and recordkeeping, you may be required to provide a valid government-issued photo ID or passport as part of the booking or verification process.
When requested, the identification provided must match the information submitted during the booking process, including your name and date of birth. Any discrepancies may require additional verification or may result in the booking being declined.
To protect your privacy, you may redact all information on your identification except your name, photograph, date of birth, and expiration date, unless additional information is specifically required for legal or contractual purposes.
Failure or refusal to provide valid identification when requested may result in the cancellation or denial of your booking. Submission of identification does not guarantee acceptance and remains subject to my screening, verification, and booking approval process.
All identification and verification documents are handled discreetly, used solely for identity verification and safety purposes, and are maintained in accordance with my privacy and recordkeeping practices.
Right to Refuse or End Service
I reserve the absolute right to refuse, decline, cancel, reschedule, postpone, or immediately terminate any booking or appointment at any stage of the booking process or during the appointment itself, whenever I determine that doing so is necessary for my safety, privacy, comfort, professional standards, scheduling, or business operations.
Appointments may be refused or terminated for reasons including, but not limited to:
Failure to comply with any booking policy or requirement.
Failure to complete screening, verification, identification, payment, or required documentation.
Safety or security concerns.
False, misleading, or incomplete booking information.
Disrespectful, aggressive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior.
Harassment, coercion, intimidation, or attempts to negotiate established policies or pricing.
Poor hygiene, excessive intoxication, illegal drug use, or other conduct that prevents the appointment from proceeding safely.
Requests for services outside the scope of the agreed booking.
Any behavior that I reasonably believe jeopardizes my safety, privacy, reputation, legal compliance, or overall well-being.
If an appointment is refused or terminated due to a violation of my policies or because of the client's conduct, all deposits, payments, travel expenses, administrative fees, and other amounts paid will be forfeited, and no refund, credit, or reschedule will be provided.
My decision regarding the continuation or termination of an appointment is final. I am under no obligation to continue any interaction that I believe is unsafe, unprofessional, or inconsistent with the standards under which I conduct my business.
Overnight & Split Booking Policy
Extended appointments are intended to provide a relaxed, unhurried experience while also allowing adequate time for rest, scheduling, and travel commitments.
Appointments lasting more than eight (8) hours are generally expected to conclude by 3:00 AM, unless I have approved an alternate schedule in writing before the appointment.
Bookings of ten (10) hours or longer may, at my discretion, be divided into two separate appointment periods to provide a more comfortable experience for both of us. Split bookings are based on scheduling, travel logistics, and overall availability and are not guaranteed.
When a booking is split, a minimum of eight (8) consecutive hours of private personal time must be provided between appointment periods. During this time, I am unavailable and ask that my privacy be fully respected.
For privacy, comfort, and professional boundaries, I do not share hotel rooms or beds with clients. If an overnight or split itinerary requires accommodations, separate sleeping arrangements must be provided.
The client is responsible for all additional expenses associated with extended or split bookings, including but not limited to lodging, transportation, parking, valet, tolls, meals, and any other agreed travel-related costs, unless otherwise arranged in writing.
All overnight and split bookings remain subject to my scheduling availability and all other applicable booking policies. I reserve the right to approve, modify, or decline any extended itinerary based on travel requirements, safety considerations, privacy, or scheduling commitments.
Arrival Procedures
For my safety, privacy, and scheduling, you may be instructed to remain in your vehicle until I notify you that everything is ready. Please do not approach the room, knock, or request the room number until you have received my invitation.
Once I am ready, I will text you the room number along with any final arrival instructions. Upon entering, please present your valid government-issued identification for verification if requested. If any balance remains due, please place it by the television or in another location I designate before we begin.
After a brief introduction and verification, I may ask you to take a quick shower while I change or complete any final preparations. These procedures help ensure a comfortable, professional, and enjoyable experience for both of us.
Failure to follow arrival instructions, attempting to enter before being invited, refusing required verification, or otherwise disregarding these procedures may result in the immediate cancellation or termination of the appointment without refund, credit, or reschedule.
Filming, Content & Privacy
Full-scene productions are private, closed-set recordings involving only you and me unless I approve additional participants in writing before the scheduled filming date.
No guests, assistants, drivers, friends, photographers, videographers, or any other unapproved individuals may attend, enter the filming location, or remain on the premises during production.
I direct all aspects of the production, including the filming schedule, camera placement, lighting, pacing, and overall creative direction. All participants are expected to follow my instructions throughout the filming process to ensure an efficient, safe, and professional production.
Full payment is required before filming begins. All optional upgrades, scene modifications, wardrobe requests, special equipment, or other add-ons must be requested, approved, and paid in full before production starts. Once filming has begun, no changes may be made to the agreed production, purchased add-ons, or filming schedule.
Proper personal hygiene is required for all participants. When applicable, current testing and any required documentation must be completed before filming in accordance with my screening and compliance requirements.
Personal recording of any kind is strictly prohibited. This includes personal cameras, mobile phone recordings, screen recordings, livestreaming, screenshots, behind-the-scenes footage, or any other unauthorized capture of audio or video without my prior written consent.
For privacy and security, filming location details, arrival instructions, and access information will only be released after your booking has been fully confirmed and all screening, documentation, compliance forms, and payment requirements have been completed.

Privacy & Content Ownership
My privacy, safety, and professional reputation are extremely important. All participants are expected to respect my confidentiality and exercise complete discretion before, during, and after every appointment or production.
Unauthorized recording is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, audio recordings, video recordings, photographs, screenshots, screen recordings, livestreams, webcam broadcasts, hidden cameras, wearable recording devices, or any other method of capturing or transmitting content without my prior written consent.
No content may be copied, reproduced, shared, uploaded, distributed, sold, published, or otherwise disclosed in any format unless I have provided written authorization in advance. Any permitted use of photographs, videos, or other media is limited solely to the permissions expressly granted in writing.
All privacy expectations, confidentiality obligations, recording permissions, and content usage rights must be discussed and agreed upon before the appointment or filming session begins. No additional permissions are implied or granted after the fact.
Clients and filming participants are expected to maintain complete confidentiality regarding my personal information, business operations, travel plans, accommodations, locations, communications, and any private matters learned during our interaction.
Any unauthorized recording, disclosure, distribution, or violation of this policy may result in the immediate termination of the appointment without refund, permanent refusal of future services, enforcement of any applicable confidentiality agreements, and pursuit of any other legal or equitable remedies available.
